About Vetted
We understand how the pieces fit together.

Vetted was built for pet businesses and organizations that need more than advice in one area. Growth affects everything — brand, sales, operations, margins, distribution, customer experience, people, and the systems behind it all.

Our perspective comes from experience across CPG, retail, manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, e-commerce, sales, and marketing — from founder-led businesses to larger corporate environments. That broader view allows us to look beyond the immediate challenge and understand how each decision will affect the rest of the business.

We take the time to understand where you’ve been, how the business works today, and where you want to take it. Then we identify what matters most, connect the opportunities, and build a practical path forward.

Because sustainable growth doesn’t come from improving one piece of the business. It comes from making the whole business stronger.

Laura Bradley founded Vetted after more than two decades building, growing and scaling consumer businesses from the inside.
Â
Her experience spans brand strategy, sales, operations, retail, distribution, product development, fundraising and market expansion — from launching new concepts to supporting national retail, Canadian and U.S. distribution, new product development and more than $1 million in investment capital.
Â
That experience shaped the philosophy behind Vetted: growth rarely depends on one department or one tactic. Sales affect operations. Distribution affects margins. Marketing affects capacity. Expansion exposes weaknesses in systems, people and processes.
Â
Laura’s greatest strength is seeing the whole business at once — understanding how the pieces connect and helping founders turn ideas, challenges and opportunities that may feel scattered into a clear, prioritized path forward.
Â
Laura created Vetted to bring those pieces together — combining strategic thinking with practical execution to help pet businesses become stronger, more scalable and better prepared for what comes next.
